Meet Kelsey Searles

Helping People lead their Best Life

Kelsey lives in Franklin, TN and has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, where she has been dedicated to motivating people to achieve their fitness goals. She previously owned and operated her own fitness studio for 12 years in Endicott, NY, working as a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and yoga instructor. Most recently, Kelsey became a Certified AlignSmart® Practitioner, expanding her expertise in posture, alignment, and movement efficiency to help clients move better, reduce pain, and build long-term strength.

In 2017, Kelsey and her family relocated to Tennessee to open two CoreLife Eatery restaurants, both focused on providing nutrition guidance through delicious, nutritious meals made from scratch using gluten-free and non-GMO ingredients—supporting health and wellness from the inside out.

Kelsey has also served as the Senior Aqua and Fitness Director for Williamson County Parks & Recreation, where she led a variety of fitness and aquatic programs for the community.

AlignSmart® Posture & Alignment Training

AlignSmart® is a posture-based movement system designed to improve alignment, balance, and overall body function, helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. It focuses on identifying and correcting imbalances that can lead to pain, poor movement patterns, and decreased performance, thereby motivating people to pursue healthier lifestyles.

Using a structured assessment process, AlignSmart helps pinpoint postural deviations and movement limitations. AlignSmart® is a patent-pending complete postural assessment and corrective exercise system designed to improve your clients’ posture, relieve their pain, and help them achieve their fitness goals. With our innovative technology, you’ll learn to measure structural alignment and create individualized corrective exercise routines that motivate people to embrace a proactive approach for a lifetime of optimum health. Here’s an overview of how AlignSmart® works: Measure - We take 20 measurements to assess your posture, using our patent-pending AlignSmart® technology. A report is generated to quantify your structural score (0-81 points). Educate - We explain your misalignments using engineering and physics principles and how they impact your pain or performance. We call ourselves “Postural Architects.” Correct - Your measurements are used to create a customized sequence of corrective exercises and stretches tailored for you via our AlignSmart® technology. We walk you through each exercise/stretch and how to perform it correctly. Empower - We provide an app to help you perform the exercises at home, where your treatments should take place.
